Application Procedures

Candidates will be informed of the result of their application and admission status by the Office of Admission and Records.

What has happened to my application?

  • Your application is forwarded to the relevant department for consideration. Course Administrators then return their decisions to the Admissions Office who will later inform you of the outcome.
  • Undergraduate applications are normally processed within 1 to 3 working days of receipt.
  • Graduate applications are normally processed within 3 working days of receipt.

The outcome may be:
either,

  • An unconditional offer, which means you have satisfied all the academic conditions required before the entry and you are eligible to start your desired Programme

Or

  • A conditional offer, which means your present status need an additional support(s) to be eligible to start your desired Programme. The proposed condition(s) are mentioned in the offer letter.
